Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Breeze Bike Rides in Preston Get some fresh air and meet some new people by joining this leisurely, peaceful and scenic ride. Our meeting point is the Frenchwood Recreation Ground Car Park and the route is predominately traffic free accessing sections of the Guild Wheel and park paths. The ride is ideal for anyone new to cycling, those looking to build confidence and/or get back on a bike. Newcomers are always welcome. We have a small number of cycles available for a small £3 donation towards the registered Charity Cycling Projects to support the Preston on Wheels project.
