This ride is a mixture of canal tow path and single track road with some single track only suitable for non-road tyres.
We take the canal tow path from opposite the MacPool all the way to Bellanoch where we turn right onto the B8025 and follow this northwards past the Moine Mhor National Nature Reserve car park. We have an option to turn left and take the driveway up to the Poltalloch house ruins and Church. From here we can return to the road and head on northwards taking a left towards Temple Woods Standing Stones and past Kilmartin Primary School where we join a single track path to the Museum.
We will return by the same route missing out the Poltalloch House.
