This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by GRAHAM
Slowish ride to Chipperfield Common in time to see the solar eclipse! More than 90% of the Sun will be covered by the Moon at the peak around 19:00. The first time this century we have been able to see such a sight in this part of the country
*** Make sure you bring special protective eclipse glasses. Sunglasses are not good enough! ***
If you wish to make your own way there make sure you’re not late, you won’t want to travel in the dark
We may stop for a drink after
