Ride with John via Two Bridges and the Ebury Way to the Aquadrome, then the canal tow path to Springwell Lake, cycle path to Mill End, Springwell Lane to Aquadrome Cafe for refreshment, then Ebury Way to the cycle hub and back to Baldwin’s Lane.
