Ride with David via Leavesden - Garston - School Lane - Bricket Wood - Chiswell Green (bit of bridleway but firm) - Ragged Hall Lane - Potters Crouch - Bedmond (Tin Church) - Kings Langley - Essex Arms. Rest stop but no “café stop”. 170 metres elevation gain.
