This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by KATHERINE
Bring your bike on the train from Watford / Dacorum stations to Milton Keynes for a virtually traffic free route around the tracks and red routes that criscross the city. This is a day ride with lunch at Camp Hill cafe, so plan to be out most of the day. Slow/Medium pace.
This is a Spokes Members only ride.
Please arrive by 10:20, to be ready to leave at 10:30
