This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by PETER
Ride with Peter to enjoy lunch at Little Heath Tea Rooms https://littleheathtearoom.co.uk/index.html. Out via Croxley, Chipperfield and Felden, Return via Hemel, Kings Langley and Cassiobury Estate. In addition to the normal menu the Tea Rooms offer hot lunches in the winter but reccomend we order in advance to avoid waiting. If you want hot food please email your choice to [email protected] by Sunday 1 December indicating if any allergies or vegan or gluten free requirements. The choice of 2 hot meals will include either macaroni cheese, chilli, vegetable chilli option, cottage pie with veg or another similar hot dish. A hot meal is £8.50. Price guide for other options: soups with crusty bread are £6, cakes £3, tea £3 and coffee cafetiere £3.25.
Please arrive by 9:50, to be ready to leave at 10:00
