This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by PETER Modified Spokes Routes For all 045 Great Gaddesden route to return from Hemel Hemstead by road not towpath. Out Via Bedmond to Gaddesden Row. Return via Hemel and Kings Langley. Refreshment Stop TBA. 1653 ft climbing, Pipers Hill is Challenging.
