This is a SPOKES MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group led by PAUL
Please arrive at 9:50, to be ready to leave by 10:00

Ride south then east along the Grand Union Canal towpath, turn north east along the Paddington Arm to the Yummy PL (Polish Cafe) for lunch. Then roads - some quite busy, others residential - to a circuit around Wembley Stadium, and quiet roads back to Rickmansworth. Pace will be slow - perhaps 9 or 10 mph, because the towpath can be gravely, low hanging branches, pedestrians, dog walkers and narrow sections. Now avoids Sudbury Hill and the hill to Mount Vernon
