This is a SPOKES MEDIUM to FAST Pace ride, average speed about 12 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group
Ride out with CHRIS through Bricket Wood, Potters Crouch, Buncefield, Gaddesden Row, Studham, with a final climb to the Downs. This is mainly a flattish ride on country roads, apart from the last 1/4 mile. The Dunstable Downs National Trust visitor centre has a good cafe and a brilliant view of the Aylesbury Vale and gliding club below
