Please arrive by 9:20, to be ready to leave by 9:30

Circular route through Gorhambury Estate and Childwickbury Estate to Sandridge and back via St Albans where we can get coffee. Bring a lock for your bike

If you are not a Spokes Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join us after a maximum 3 rides, for a modest subscription of £12 pa
