This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by PETER Out via Sarratt to Chipperfield Garden Centre for refreshment. Return via Kings Langley and Hunton Bridge. 857 ft of climbing.
