This is a SPOKES MEDIUM Pace ride, Led by Peter, average speed 9 to 11 mph, organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group.

The route has been amended to all road due to Winter conditions. Explore some lovely countryside and villages to the east of Watford on roads and bridlepaths. Out via Radlett and Shenley to Crews Hill. Probable Lunch stop at The Woodman Inn, North Mimms (22.5ml point). Return via Colney Heath, Alban Way and Bricket Wood. Some busy road sections.
