SPOKES SOCIAL RIDES: Thursday Morning Ride CHANGE

Due to unforeseen circumstances Nigel can no longer lead this ride. We regret that his ride has had to be cancelled. Dave has volunteered an alternative ride for the same time. Details are: Follow National Cycle Network route 6 from Watford to St. Albans for coffee in the park, returning via the same route. Most of the route is paved, with a short gravel section that could be tricky on narrow racing wheels (though it's short enough to walk).
