Roger will be leading a 35 mile day ride with a pub lunch cycling on lanes and tracks via Bedmond, Gorhambury, the Alban Way for lunch at Sleapshyde. The return is via Napsbury. This will be a medium paced (10mph) ride. Check out Spokes on www.spokesgroup.org.uk/
