I've reversed this route because of refurbishment work at the Spotted Dog. We'll stop at the Frithsden Vineyard cafe for refreshments.
Join Brian for this ride heading through Flamstead, Jockey End and Studham to Dagnell where we turn for Ashridge. After passing the college we head to Frithsden and refreshments in the lovely Vineyard café. Then back across the valley and climb up Red Lion Lane and then onto the Dacorum Cycle Hub. All on road.
