About the route
If you'd rather lose pounds riding your bike rather than in the winter sales, join Steve this coming Monday (28th) for a 25 mile road ride towards Chesham. It's on lanes and smaller roads and there will be a pub stop towards the end of the ride.
Expect to ride at a strong medium pace averaging 12 mph.
