Spa-trail and Water rail

From Woodhall Spa using Spatrail cycle path to Horncastle and back via Thimbleby-Poolham-Stixwould and the water rail cycle path. Lovely scenery on quiet mainly flat roads and tracks,plenty of choice of coffee shops before and after the rider. Spatrail is a compacted shale type track which has leaves and twigs on in places ,possibly not suited to a dedicated racing type tyre bike. Bikes ideally need an all terrain tyre for this ride.
