Southwark Six Parks Ride

PLEASE NOTE. You must register on Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/six-parks-ride-southwark-healthy-ride-tickets-168859574533. We need to do this because these rides are listed in several places, so to limit the numbers we need everyone to use Eventbrite. Please give a phone number when registering as it may be needed for Track and Trace. If you cannot make it, please cancel so that someone else can take the place. Even at the last minute it is worth cancelling. You can register here as well, of course.

Route: Burgess Park, Myatts Fields, Elam St Open Space, Ruskin Park, Dulwich Park, Peckham Rye Park. 55% off road path, 40 % quiet streets, 6% busy road. Enjoy the late summer flowers in 6 of the excellent parks in Southwark and Lambeth. Easy ride, very suitable for less confident cyclists. We will keep everyone as safe as possible by observing all the Covid Regulations. Most importantly we will be maintaining routinely a 2m social distance, never less than 1m. Particularly important to maintain social distancing from other users on shared paths. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users can maintain 1-2 m and feel safe. Just in case we need them, good idea to bring a face mask. Obviously please do not turn up to this event if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
