South Milford for Lunch

Have you been bitten by the Olympic bug?  Why not dust your bike off and join us for a leisurely ride. This is a rolling route on quiet back roads to South Milford to the post office for the best buns and tea in the area. This is a ride for ladies who want to go that little bit further and a little bit faster. Two ride leaders enables a bail out option at the 6mile mark Lotherton Hall where tea and buns can also be purchased this means the ride can be 12 or 24miles at a steady speed of around 10mph. We are a friendly bunch of ladies who would love to take you on a fund and social bike ride.  We welcome newcomers to Breeze rides and all abilities are welcome too! It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather: in cold weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a pair of warm gloves and warm socks may also be useful.  Don't forget your waterproofs with our British weather!!!  Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  Look forward to seeing you there.
