From The Red we go along Vicarage Lane for a short while before turning left on Nightingales Lane, towards the Car park at the end it gets a bit bumpy . From the CP we go left again and follow the cycle trail round. Watch out for runners, walkers and loose dogs but also there is ofetn wildlife to be seen as well. Just after the very tight U turn you will find the entrance to Roves Farm. If you stop for coffee resume here and continue to follow the HERON trail
