Starting point
Jenny's Café in the old market square in Hatfield, we start meeting at 9.30 am for a 10.00 am start. There is a free car park in Link Drive opposite the cafe (1.8m height restriction).
This is a circular route to celebrate Bike Week, stopping at a café in Whitwell for a break and returning to Hatfield. The ride features quiet lanes in Hertfordshire and will be about 20 miles.
There will be a short coffee break halfway around the route. For insurance reasons up to 10 non-members can attend. Non members will need to join Cycling UK after 3 rides. (Min age 8, under 18's to be accompanied by an adult). These rides and more can be found at www.shertscyclists.org.uk.
