We'll explore some quiet lanes in Hertfordshire, returning to St Albans mid afternoon. The pace is around 12 mph and there will be a coffee stop in Berkhamstead then a pub lunch stop in Woodside, south of Luton. You can return mid-morning if you want a shorter ride.
