About the route
Starting point
The car park at the back of Billesley Tennis Centre, next to the Swanshurst School. Access is from Wheelers Lane. There is plenty of free parking.
This is a ride for experienced, confident cyclists who enjoy riding that little bit faster! We will meet another group of ladies from Shirley and will ride out along country lanes towards Stratford upon Avon. More details to follow...
Update: we won't be able to get to Stratford and back within 40 miles but we will head towards pretty Henley in Arden, where there are plenty of places to choose from to have a drink, an ice cream or a meal.
Bring a spare inner tube, a pump, waterproofs (depending on the forecast) and some money for our stop.
We will travel at 10-12mph. The terrain is undulating.
