This is one of our regular Monday rides in the Warwickshire countryside but at a slightly faster pace of around 10-11mph. We try to choose quieter roads and we support one another in the group. On this ride we will be heading south towards Stratford upon Avon. We will also meet a group of ladies from Shirley at the Red Lion in Earlswood at 10.30 so if you want a shorter ride (about 10 miles less) we could meet you there but please let us know. Another option would be to ride with us to Mary Arden's house then catch the train back from Wilnecote Station. The ride would then be about 23 miles. If you enjoy cycling, have a reasonable level of fitness and want to meet like-minded women then please do join us. We will stop for a coffee and cake or lunch, at Mary Arden House near Stratford, so don't forget some money, plus, just in case of a puncture, please bring a spare inner tube. Wear bright, comfortable, warm clothes and waterproofs. We recommend that you wear a helmet but it's not compulsory. Lights are a very good idea even in the day in case visibility is poor. Also at this time of year mudguards are needed as the roads can be wet and muddy. If you would like to know more, please text me and I will ring you back. 07835544164 (Joan)
