South Birmingham Monday Regular Ride

This is one of our regular Monday rides which will take us out into the Worcestershire countryside at a steady 9/10 mph average. Some hills but don't let that put you off as there's no pressure to cycle when walking becomes faster! This week we'll do a circular tour stopping for refreshments in Alvechurch. If you're lucky enough to be free on a Monday and fancy getting out and about with like-minded women then do join us. Bring a spare innertube and some cash for the cafe.
