This is a regular Monday ride around the Warwickshire countryside at a leisurely pace of around 8-10 mph. This week we'll be heading for Henley in Arden and then Lowsonford, taking a look at the Antony Gormley statue by the canal. If you enjoy cycling, want to meet like-minded women and need a break from your usual Monday routine then please do join us. We always stop for a coffee and cake either in the middle or the end of the ride, so don't forget some money plus, just in case, a spare inner tube! If you prefer a shorter version and can get yourself to the Red Lion at Earlswood we will do a pick up there at around 10.30 am. Book on as usual but let me know via text please. Distance will then be 20 miles. We look forward to seeing you. Contact me if weather looks on the day or to talk about Monday outings. 07738334271 (Gaye)
