South Birmingham Breeze Regular Monday Ride

We meet another group of ladies from Shirley, then ride along quiet roads and out into the country lanes of Worcestershire. We will head to the village of Rowney Green, where we will call in at the community cafe for coffee and cake so please bring some cash. There are one or two hills en route, but we always wait at the top! You will need a spare inner tube and some waterproofs (just in case). It's a good idea to wear a helmet, but not compulsory. We just love riding our bikes, getting out into the fresh air and getting some exercise in a friendly, chatty group. If you would like to join us please sign up.
