Some ups and downs #Sofa2Saddle

This is a gentle ride, approximately 9 miles along quieter roads. We will ride at an easy pace that is best suited to everyone in the group. This ride is to help you discover an alternative circular route to Leverstock Green, where we will stop for coffee before our return to the white bridge.

Please remember to bring,
Two spare innertubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers and a spanner for your wheels if you do not have quick release.)
A water bottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
Appropriate clothing for the weather
As we will be riding on the road please consider adding lights to your bike and wearing high vis clothing to assist other road users to see you.
Money for your coffee /cake

Now for the Covid bit…..
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms. All of this is to keep us all safe from the virus.
