This is a regular Monday ride at a steady pace of around 9-10 mph. This week we will make our way along the cycle route into Birmingham town centre to sample the Christmas market and in particular the food stalls ! If you enjoy cycling, want to meet like-minded women and need a break from your usual Monday routine then please do join us. Any bike is suitable but we will be off as well as on road and so road bikes may not be the best option Just remember to bring a spare inner tube and money for a cake. i look forward to seeing you.
