Solihull Breeze - Regular Monday Ride

They're back!! Regular Monday ladies only rides are restarting after a summer break. For this week we will start off with an easy ride of about 19 miles but this can be reduced on the day if necessary. If this is your first time the please don't worry, the pace will be whatever you need. We want to encourage new ladies to cycle with us, could this be you? This week we will join some of the Rea Valley cycle route and pass through Austin Village. Our coffee stop will be at Sainsbury's in Longbridge. Any bike is suitable. We will be on as many quiet country lanes as possible. Please bring some money because these rides always include a coffee and cake stop. Don't worry about wearing fancy Lycra, any loose, comfortable clothes are okay to wear. Just consider bringing protection for the rain if necessary. It's a good idea to bring a drink and also a spare inner tube, just in case! We meet up with another group of ladies who start at Billesley Tennis Centre.
