Solihull Breeze - Forest Relics and Castle Ruins

This 28 mile ride ride will take us through the beautiful countryside starting from Dorridge and taking us through Packwood, Baddesley Clinton, Hay Wood and Kenilworth Castle. This ride is mainly on quiet lanes and we will ride at 10-12 miles per hour. This ride is suitable for ladies who are already confident riding on the road and want to increase their distances for fitness and pleasure. The route is suitable for road, hybrid or mountain bikes. Please meet in front of the station by 10.50am for a prompt 11am start. There is free parking at the back of the Forest Court centre nearby; we will direct you on arrival.  We will be stopping for at Lavender Hill Fishery cafe for a hot drink and a snack so please bring along some small change and a lock if possible to secure your bike. Please bring a spare inner tube and ensure your bike is fully maintained for safe riding. A helmet is advisory but not compulsory. I hope you will join Julie and I on this lovely ride.
