Solihull Breeze - beginners park ride

This ride is for ladies who are not confident on their bikes and would like to practise in the safe environment of a park with other women who can advise and encourage you. If its your first time on the bike then please don't worry, this ride is for you! We will meet at the entrance to the park on Brick Kiln Lane where there is plenty of free parking. If you have had to take your wheel off the bike to get it in the car then we can help setting your bike back up. We will be on hand to answer any questions or worries you have. Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube in case of any punctures. Don't worry if you haven't got a pump or dont know how to change an inner tube. The ride leaders will be prepared. Once we get going, we will cycle round the park at a pace comfortable for everyone. Nobody will get left behind! As its January I am expecting the weather to be quite cold and so we won't be out for too long, probably an hour. You don't need any fancy clothing, just wear loose clothing and as many layers as is comfortable. Bring a waterproof in case of rain.
