Solihull Breeze - Beginner Earlswood Amble

Hello ladies. Spring is here and so it's time to enjoy an evening bike ride. This ride is aimed at new ladies who can ride a bike but have never been out in a group before and are nervous or unsure as to how far they can actually ride! Regular ladies are of course welcome but why not bring a friend? Don't worry about the pace of the ride it will be as slow as you need. If you regularly book onto Breeze rides you will be surprised how quickly you will improve. Cycling really is the best and easiest way to build your fitness. Any working bike is suitable and you don't need Lycra, just wear loose clothing. A helmet is advisable but not compulsory - you can't use not having one as an excuse for not coming! Bring a drink for on the way round, and some money for a drink in the pub at the end. Please bring a spare inner tube with you, just in case. Don't worry if you have no idea about how to change it, there's always someone in the group who can. The ride distance is about 11 miles (which may not mean much to you!) but at a slow pace this is achievable. So what's stopping you? Book now - you won't ever look back and regret it!
