Sofa to Saddle - Easy starter

This is the first in the series of short rides where we will be slowly building up to 20m, suitable for anyone new or just getting back on a bike.
These rides will be on quieter roads, so that we can learn group cycling skills and gently get better and more confident at climbing the hills. Learning new routes will give you more places to explore by bike, and support progress on the Sofa to Saddle app.

Please check that your bike is roadworthy, and you have a bike helmet.
You will need to bring water, and an inner tube that fits your bike.
