Social Ride Salt Ayre to Bolton Le Sands

Setting off from Salt Ayre Sports centre along the the cycle path and then over the aqueduct and along the canal to Bolton Le Sands were we will stop for Coffee and cake at Archers Cafe. We will then head towards Morecambe where we will rejoin the cycle path along the promenade back to Salt Ayre We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together. Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group! Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready. Please arrive at least 15 mins before the ride start time, So that we are able to get away at the stated start time
