Starting from - MTB's that are in good working order, "No helmet no ride" over 18+ years only, no children sorry, we will start from Bury Road Car Park E4 7QJ at 10am and cycle for an hour then stop for a tea break and then carry on back to car park, there is 1/2 hills but you can push up if necessary, bring water and money for tea/coffee or cake at stop point. toilets available.
