From the car park we head towards Cusop where we start a very steep climb , up Trevadoc pitch. When we get to the top you can admire the views while we recover.
After getting our breath back we head towards Snodhill Castle, which is a very rare pre Norman castle built around 1050 to guard the Dore Valley.
After looking around we head back to Hay via Dorstone for a well earned cuppa and cake.
The roads are mainly back lanes so probably lots of pot holes and mud.
Please bring money for refreshments, suitable clothing and a spare tube, just in case.
