About the route
Starting at Mouldon Hill car park, we will follow Route 45 South down the side of Shaw Forest.
Then pick up the Western Flyer to traverse west Swindon to Lydiard Park for a cafe and toilet stop.
After that we will head North round the Peatmoor Lagoon and across the top of Shaw Forest before going back up Route 45 to the Tawney Owl. There will be a chance here to finish your ride where we started (after 8 miles) or to continue on an extra 3 and a half miles loop taking in the cycle paths and parks of North Swindon and the option of an additional coffee stop at the Orbital before heading back to Mouldon Hill car park again.
