If you’re looking for a brilliant place to cycle; Blackpool is it. The city has rides and routes for all abilities and all the family.  British Cycling works with Blackpool Council to promote various new opportunities, new initiatives and new incentives to get you on your bike. There are a number of amazing routes and venues in the Blackpool area to help you make the most of your cycling experience – there really is something for everyone.

Cycle the Prom. The renovated promenade offers miles of off road cycling through the town and along the Golden Mile. There are also inland routes that connect through the parks into the wider Fylde coast area.

If you’re looking to join a club to improve your cycling or simply for a bit of fun, there are some great British Cycling affiliated clubs in Blackpool that will be happy for you to go along and ride with them.

Blackpool Coasters
A new cycle club created by the Cycle Blackpool team. The club is open to all ages and abilities and is aimed at cyclists who want to spend time with friends and family enjoying a leisurely bike ride.
