Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We'll do a 30-45 minute skills session at Bishops Caundle Primary School, followed by a 12 mile social ride for coffee and chat at Kings Stag Coffee House. We'll be on quiet Dorset back lanes so be prepared for Pot holes and Gravel. We recommend a hybrid or mountain bike (or gravel bike) for this session ideally with flat pedals, though if you're very used to being clipped in that should be feasible too. Road bikes are not suitable for the skills session.
