Starting from the car park along route 47 proceed on cycle track across Maesycwmmer viaduct and then passing Penallta Park and on to the Colliers Rest Cafe. The route is mostly flat and off road. A stop for refreshments and then a return journey to the car park. This is a pretty easy going leisurely route and ideal for newbies. No one is left behind. Please note that no helmet no ride.
