Simonswood Loop On Craic !!

Starting point

The starting point is a sliproad just off the A570 Rainford Bypass , close to The Elephant Indian restaurant, ive dropped a pin on google maps where we start from and it comes up as WA117TA , close to 428 Ormskirk Road , Rainford , St Helens . We have started a few from here before . WA11 7TA

This is an updated , pumped up version of the Simonswood Loop , a few more miles , and a couple of new hills to the group , its nothing most members couldn't do , and will be good training if you are intending to do the centurian ride . We wont leave anyone behind but bear in mind this isn't a newby ride , as it is around 45 miles in total , best suited to road bikes , hybrids , and CX bikes . We will stop for food at a little café called Delicious at Golborne which is around 22 miles in . Please note the 9am start as this is a longer ride . Also please note this is a social ride and not a race , so if you fancy it come along and enjoy the craic along the way!!
