Simonswood Loop FCs Satdy Club Extra Portion !!

Starting from the sliproad by The Elephant indian restaurant on the Rainford Bypass , we head up through rainford junction , through Crawford and Kings Moss to the bottom of shaley brow where we will turn right and head into Billinge with a long climb up through from bottom to top , then head out to Garswood where we head south and pick up the A580 east lancs road cycle path , then all the way along to Kirkby and back through Simonswood . There are a couple of cake stops , either just before shaley brow , or we can stop at the top of billing at the ice cream parlour . Theres a couple of bumps in this ride to climb but nothing too extreme , its a summer evening training route . We will as usual take it nice and easy in our chilled out style .
