Starting point
Car park at Carnforth Railway Station.
There is a pay and display car park at the station of on road parking around Carnforth.
Leaving Carnforth Rail Station we will head out to Arnside and return back via Silverdale. If people wish we can call in at the Wolf Gallery cafe for a cake & coffee.
We will ride at a pace that is suitable for all in the group.
Please wear a light coloured jacket so that we are visible to other road users. Bring a spare inner tube to fit your tyres just in case.
