Short but a little faster!

This ride is for those who feel they are ready for a personal challenge.We will start at the gravel car park next to Burringham church on the Trent Bank .We will follow the river bank to the Jenny Wren pub car pack and then return back to Burringham church.This is a 9.5 mile ride at what ever speed you want this is your opportunity to push yourself .This road is fairly flat and quiet.This is not a race this is about getting your heart rate pumping,calories burning and increasing your speed for a short distance.Please bring spare inner tubes and pump that you can use on your bike. There will be the option of going to the café at Sands Farm fisheries after woods for a sociable coffee and cake so please money if cake needed!!!
