The purpose is to build up our road riding endurance, speed and Group Riding in readiness for the Season ahead… as the weeks progress the mileage and difficulty will too.

I will write in the conversation for each ride the chosen route, mileage and elevation.

NOTE: some of these routes will be new to me so expect the unknown….

We aim to start at min average speed of 12mph progressing quickly.

Build up Road/Gravel Rides

Mainly Tarmac but we may encounter some sections of Gravel.

We will aim for a coffee stop on each ride

The usual spares, helmet and bike lock.

We never leave anyone behind
