We shall leave Shipley Country Park and head to the Nottingham Canal track leading to Trowell Garden Centre. We’ll return via Erewash Canal and the Nutbrook Trail.

Riding along cycle tracks (mud & puddles possible in winter months) and a small amount of road cycling to get to the cycle tracks.

Stopping off at Digg Restaurant at Trowell Garden Centre. A bike lock is essential.

A helmet is a must, a inner tube/puncture repair kit. Clothing suitable for the weather conditions during the ride. Mobile phone and face mask.
