Meet at 10:00 Adel St Johns church (sorry I have a hard stop in the afternoon and still have a minor injury). Up to 5-lanes end and round Eccup reservoir, over the A61 and round the grammar school (little bit easy off road). Along to Shadwell, around and back to Alwoodly and Adel.
