Mixture of quiet lanes and tow/bridle paths with a lunch stop at the old orchard (good pub/grub and view) front loaded route ie the climbs are before lunch then flat after. Don't worry about the slopes as we will wait at the tops for everybody to regroup and get their breaths back.
